On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to announce that the 16^th Joint Vacuum Conference (JVC-16), the 14^th European Vacuum Conference (EVC-14) and the 23^th Croatian Slovenian International Scientific Meeting on Vacuum Science and Technique will be held together in Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož on Mediterranean cost in Slovenia between June 6^th and 10^th, 2016.

Conference venue

The Conference will take place in Portorož at the Bernardin Congress Centre in the Grand Hotel Bernardin which is located at a tourist resort by the Adriatic Sea walking distance from the medieval towns of Piran and the modern seaside resort of Portorož.

• Abstract submission deadline: 15^th March 2016
• Early registration deadline: 30^th April 2016
• Accomodation reservation: 5^th May 2016

Publications

Selected papers will be published as a special issue of Vacuum (Impact factor 1.8).
