Call for Abstracts

Papers will be selected on the basis of a one page abstract.

Abstracts should contain the following information:

  • Title of the abstract
  • Full name of the author(s)
  • Name of the contact person
  • Text of the abstract 
  • Topic of the contribution
  • Preference for the presentation (oral or poster)

Please use the following abstract template when submiting the abstract.

Abstracts are limited to 300 words (not including the title, authors and authors’ affiliations).

Abstracts should be submitted to info@jvc-evc-2016.org by the 15th of March 2016.

Authors will be notified on the approval decision of the Programme Committee by 31st of March 2016
