Invitation
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to announce that the 16th Joint Vacuum Conference (JVC-16), the 14th European Vacuum Conference (EVC-14) and the 23th Croatian Slovenian International Scientific Meeting on Vacuum Science and Technique will be held together in Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož on Mediterranean cost in Slovenia between June 5th and 10th, 2016.
JVC-16 (16th Joint Vacuum Conference) is the 16th conference of the vacuum societies of Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. It is organized biennially in one of the member countries.
EVC-14 (14th European Vacuum Conference) is the 14th of series of conferences organized also biennially by one of the European Vacuum Societies on behalf of IUVSTA (International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications).
Scientists, engineers and students working in any of the vacuum-related fields are invited to attend this conference. The participants are invited to present their recent scientific achievements and results in oral or poster presentations. The scientific programme of the conference will also incorporate acknowledged experts as plenary and invited speakers.
During the conference an exhibition of the vacuum research equipment will be organised. We are inviting the interested companies to participate at this exhibition.
