Paper submission

Submission of papers to the Special Issue of VACUUM (impact factor 1.8) will be between June 1 and July 15 through the Elsevier submission system http://ees.elsevier.com/vac. Please note that authors must select SI:JVC16-EVC14 from the drop-down menu on the submission page. 

Please do not submit your papers before this date otherwise they will be submitted to regular issue of the journal.

The length of papers is not limited but they should not contain unnecessary material covering background work already published.
