Registration

Conference registration and accommodation is centrally handled by the Albatros Bled Congress Agency.

Online registration

Online registration is closed.

Registration is possible on-site (Conference Venue) from Sunday, June 5th  from 4:30 p.m.

Registration fee

Early registration (payment until April 30th, 2016)

  • Participant: 500 €
  • Student: 350 €
  • Accompanying person: 200 €
  • One day registration: 200 €

Late registration (payment from May 1st, 2016)

  • Participant: 600 €
  • Student: 400 €
  • Accompanying person: 200 €
  • One day registration: 250 €

Registration fee for participants covers agency costs, meeting attendance and materials, welcome dinner, coffee breaks, two lunches, social program & dinner.

Credit cards

Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard are accepted. Detailed information will be provided in the online registration form.

You will receive an Invoice after you complete the registration Form and you are kindly asked to settle the Invoice in the due time.

Transfers

Individual transfers (payable to the driver) from Ljubljana, Trieste and Venice (Marco Polo) airports are offered also on the on-line registration form. In order to arrange for the transfer you are kindly asked to fill in all requested flight details during the registration process. Driver(s) will wait for you in the airports arrival lobbies with the conference sign (JVC16/-EVC14 Conference). The rates will depend on the number of persons in the car or van (rate is shown in the registration form).

Please note again that transportation can be arranged only if all flight details are provided.

For more information you can always contact the Albatros Agency. For the way back to the airport, "FINAL DEPARTURE LISTS" will be arranged according to the given details and will be published at the registration desk of the conference where you will also be able to make changes.

Special notes

  • The deadline for early registration (lowest, early participation fee) is April 30th, 2016.
  • The deadline for accommodation reservation is May 5th, 2016.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration and should be settled within 8 days following completion of the registration form (but not later than 15 days before the starting day of the event in case of late registration).
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the participation fee is received.
  • In case of cancellation, 80% of participation fee is returned if cancelled by April 27th, 2016. After this date, no refund is possible.
  • The meeting programme may be subject to change.
  • Payments will be refunded in full if the meeting should happen to be cancelled by the organizer. However, registrations remain valid if the event has to be postponed.
  • Express intent of cancellation must be received in written (per e-mail or fax).
  • Participation fees include 22% VAT.
